(More customer reviews)This was recommended to me by a friend who worked at a health food store for years. Apparently several customers reported that they had good luck with it. I tried it, along with upping my fitness regiment, and sure enough my cholesterol levels dropped significantly. It's got a lot of Niacin which causes flushing, especially on an empty stomach, but also has oat bran & fiber, grapefruit pectin, Psylium seed husk, Lecithin (w/ 24% phosphatidyl choline whatever that is), Alfalfa seed, beta-Sitosterol and L-Arginine (as L-arginine HCI), along with some other more well known supplements found in multi-vitamins. This along with exercise, is a good alternative to pharmaceutical drugs which may pose health hazards.
