Once I completed therapy, I still had a lot of pain in my lower back and hip. I took my health in my own hands because doctors don't know anything about their patient's issues. So I chose this with "Doctor's Best Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM". The combination of both has GREATLY improved my back and shoulder swelling. I recommend this product 5/5
