I usually double up on the dosage to start - morning and night - 3x pills - and within 3-4 weeks, I am down to occasional hot flashes only in the morning. Works for me. This time I went off the pills after two months, and now, several weeks later, I am still experiencing the benefits. But I won't hesitate to go back on them if my symptoms start ratcheting up again. No negative side effects noticed.
