SUGGESTED USE:TO ASSESS TOLERANCE: Power Fuel is an intense pre-training formula. Mix 1 scoop of Power Fuel with 6 ounces of cold water. Wait 30 minutes to assess tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes mix an additional scoop and assess your tolerance again.
DIRECTIONS: Once tolerance has been determined, mix 1-2 scoops with 6-12 ounces. or more of cold water 30-45 minutes prior to exercise. For maximum impact, consume on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours from previous meal, or 1 hour from Twinlab protein shake). Maximum effect 1-5 hours after ingestion.
