(More customer reviews)This is quite simply the best and most complete multimineral out there. I did a lot of research before settling on this one. Now that it's available in the smaller capsules, I don't dread swallowing two horsepills a day either; with these, you have to take 5, but I spread them out over the day and it's fine like that.
