(More customer reviews)I bought this stuff because pros recommended it and I hate being sore for 4-5 days after a hard lifting session. I figured this could help me out. I have made good gains and m healthier than I was in High school (Now 35) but who gets the credit for that? this is the problem with reviewing recovery supplements. Are you making gains because of the protein and NO mixes or your healthy diet?.... or is it your hard work and dedication. most of these recovery anabolic event supps could be just scams to get us to buy more stuff. I don't believe this one is. But it didn't impact me too much that I could tell. It had more of a breath mint effect on me. It didn't mix to well either, maybe I just got a bad batch, but there was always chunks and weird blue flakes in it and after I was done drinking it, the shaker would have a ring of grime on it where the unmixed particles would gather. Maybe that's the reason for the name Halo? I've made gains consistently since October/November 2009, Anabolic Halo helped along the journey but I'm still looking for a better solution.
