(More customer reviews)I am basically a vegetarian, but to not like the textures of fruit. Each day I have a high fiber shake and I add the Super Reds to it..it boosts my daily nutrition quotient and I feel teriffic, both mentally and physically because I know that I am now getting proper nutrition. I also use the Perfect Purples and Green Vibrance. Rounds out my total nutrition for the day, simply in my daily shakes.
