I am by no means a professional bodybuilder, and frankly the research I've read points all over the place regarding how much creatine to take, when to take it, how to take it, etc. But I liked what it did for me and my workout (one tablespoon a day resulted in quick weight gain) and will use it again in the future. I'm also well pleased with HealthMegaMall as a vendor, having purchased 20 items from them in 2009, all of which arrived promptly and in excellent condition.
