However, if they clean the lines in between, it might be safe: I'm not sure if they're gluten-free. They don't seem like they're really contaminated, but I can't say for sure because I didn't eat more than one serving.
This is a neat idea, but to really cook them so they don't fall apart, you have to cook them in hot water, then "shock" them with cold water, and repeat a couple of times, which is a fair amount of effort. They also taste more like plants than noodles. They're interesting, but I wouldn't buy them again, and the rest of the box went to a food bank.
