(More customer reviews)Our friend is a doctor and he did all kinds of research on fish oil/omega(he's rather OCD). Liquid Carlson Fish oil (1+ TBL) is the best, but tastes gross and can cause LOOSE stools. He feels that this product is just about as good and the best quality and largest dose of omega one can get in pill form. I have been taking it for 3 weeks now. I didn't do the 2 X a day because it upset by digestive system, but 1 is perfect. I have given it to my brother for Christmas as a gift. Other friends that have been taking it for 1 year, have seen changes in their skin, nails, & hair. So I am sure it is helping the "inside" of my body. It's so much easier than taking 5 or six pills of regular omega, plus it's safer and better quality.
