(More customer reviews)I thought this liquid B12 supplement would be horrible tasting but it is not bad. You use so little of it that the taste actually goes away shortly after you swallow. I feel much more energetic now that I am using this. I take it after a night of drinking before I go to bed with a glass of water and find that I typically don't have a hangover the next day. I would prefer to use Berocca (an Australian Vitamin B supplement) but it is too expensive in the USA (and not readily available) so this is a nice alternative.
