(More customer reviews)I was on antibiotics for a nasty sinus infection for 10 days. I started having diarrhea on day 5. When I spoke to a pharmacist, they suggested I take Immodium, which made no sense to me because it stops peristalsis, and I didn't want the bad bacteria festering in my intestines for days longer than it needed to. So, I started looking around online, and found this product from Renew Life. I use their probiotics regularly and trust the company since their products have helped me in the past. I found some Diarrhea Stop at my local health food store. My diarrhea did, in fact, stop, but it didn't plug me up and I wasn't uncomfortable. Also, it appears to absorb bad bacteria as well as gas, which seems like the very right thing to use when taking antibiotics that kill your intestinal flora. So, between taking this and upping my doses of Critical Care Max (80 billion), I have made it through my 10 days and am so relieved that it's now over and I can go back to simply repopulating my gut with the good stuff.
