(More customer reviews)This is a whole foods multivitamin, which means you are getting all your vitamins in natural digestible forms. No laboratory made vitamins here! This will be readily noticeable after the first time taking this supplement when you go to the bathroom. Generic vitamins that are not whole food based will have much much higher concentrations of vitamins and most will not be as easily absorbed into the body. Try comparing the labels!!!
Just one of these a day is a much better kick in the pants than caffeine or any other drugs. You should notice a change in your energy levels almost immediately.
This is my goto multi, definitely worth a try, just make sure you shop around for a good price. These are very expensive at most brick and mortar stores.
