(More customer reviews)This is an excellent product. I was on sleeping pill for more than two years. Recently, my insomnia was getting worse. The pill doesn't work well anymore. On top of that I had memory problem and could not concentrate due to the side effect of the pill. My body was on a restless state and a constant stiff shoulder bothering me a lot.
After I took this product, I noticed a calming effect right away. After one week of taking it, I feel my body is much calmer and shoulder pain is gone. So I decide to stop taking the sleeping pill. It has been more than one month, I can sleep well without the pill. My quality of life is drastically improved. I am so grateful about it.
Note on the capsules. The old packaging says the capsule contains gelatin made of Tilapia and Catfish as one of the reviewer points out. However, the newer batch says capsule is made of modified cellulose.
Also, one capsule contains only 500 mg of reishi instead of 1000 mg. The 1000 mg is based on per serving (2 capsules).
