I recently went vegetarian.
I have been a long time womens protein drink fan since its the easiest way to juggle my hectic traveling/busy schedule and my nutrition and fitness, I've tried everything: whey, soy, super ridiculous 24grams/shake, etc) I was really concerned that when I went vegetarian, I would not get enough protein, or even worse, would fill up with strange unnatural sources. (I don't know what I was thinking)
I bought the Fruitein Rainbow off Amazon, and it was the best purchase I've ever made.This is stuff is gold, and although I like a lot of the Nature's Plus products, this by far is the best choice for your protein shake needs. If you are considering any other product, put it down. This is the best protein shakes I've ever tried and supplys so much of all the "good stuff" your body needs. Nothing good is left out, literally everything that is proven to be good for you is in this shake, (check out the stellar ingredient list).
I try to drink one every day, it makes me feel amazing, keeps me healthy, and is a nice way to ensure I am getting all the protein and nutrients I need.
I usually drink it for breakfast or a midafternoon snack. I have a few friends who substitute this shake for two meals a day and they have lost a ton of weight and gained so much health. I recommend this shake to everyone I know who is health conscious, picky about what they put in their body, and anyone who wants a great product.
