(More customer reviews)I don't know how you can tell if vitamins are working, but I have a hard time swallowing large pills so I really like that these are so small. For some strange reason, I tend not to want to take a pill if I know it will choke me to death - LOL. I also like that you have a full year's worth so you won't run out for a while and they're a lot cheaper than the similar name brand vitamin. The only down side is that I hear you're supposed to take 1/2 a vitamin in the morning and half at night and I don't see how you would be able to split this one.
