(More customer reviews)I have been looking for years for a way to reduce the number of pills I take each day, but no one-a-day multiple seemed to have high enough amounts of the vitamins I need and many were not derived from all natural, high quality sources. I was happy to find this one-a-day ("LifeExtension One-Per-Day")which delivers everything my family needs (except minerals) in a single pill. So now we take this one-a-day and calcium/magnesium supplement and an omega cap and we're done. Beats taking so many pills every day and I can get my kids to take this easier than taking so many. The complaints about the pill being big and having that icky vitamin smell are true, but still worth it to not have to take so many other pills every day! Not hard to swallow in my experience, despite the size. And lastly, most importantly - yes I do feel good using these, and my labs show that at least my vitamin D is as high as it was when I took all my supplements separately. In a word, this is by far the BEST (in fact the ONLY sufficient) one-a-day I have ever found in terms of quantity and quality of the vitamins in it.
