(More customer reviews)I'm very pleased with this product. Not only was it delivered on time, but it really works. The only thing that I do is go for walks and I wind up losing about 5 pounds a week. My diet and daily routine does not change; I even sit behind a desk all day. I always eat 30 minutes to an hour after taking the pills, so that I don't get a stomach ache because it is very strong. There is quite a bit of caffeine, so I get a little jittery, but I enjoy that feeling.
