(More customer reviews)I had been getting sick alot and very easily.So I scheduled an appointment with my doctor.My doctor after regular blood tests told me my vitamin D count was to low. I had already been taking a multivitim with vitamin D in it. My doc also gave me a perscription for vitamin D which actually after a month of taking and a blood test proved not to work. A coworker recommended taking Vitamin D3. She told me how regular vitamin D is made from plants ( could be wrong here) and that our bodies cant always digest and use that form of vitamin d. She sent me various health and vitamin website info. She recommended these as she took them. Anyhow I decided to try it. I have since noticed I have a bit more energy now. I just all around feel better, I havent gotten sick easily like I use to and the best thing...I took a blood test and I am now in the clear. These will be vitamins that will always be included in my daily health routine.
