I also like Nature's Life - Magnesium Malate Powder, 360 g powder Nature's Life Malic Magnesium Powder. I didn't findDoctor's Best High Absorption Chelated Magnesium with Bioperine (200 Mg Elemental), 240-Count absorbable or help with elimination either. I used to take MagSense 7 Ounces daily until they changed the formulation to be less clumpy but now it stinks so bad, I can't stand the lid of off the container so I am definitely not going to ingest something into my temple that is so objectionable to my nose. I've tried most every magnesium out there including magnesium oils for topical application, and I find Malic Magnesium tablets the most effective for clear thinking, energy, reducing headache and muscle aches and tension.
