(More customer reviews)I've never been the type to use products to assist in exercise but during the winter sluggish months this really gives me a boost and motivates me to work out. (Also a better option versus the calories in coffee!) I'd recommend only using them right in the morning or when you wake up (& only on days which you will exercise) with breakfast and a lot of water throughout the day. (I average around 100oz). Within the first week or so I found that I had lost 5lbs. I have a small frame but am using this for a more defined look and it doesn't make me jittery as long as I follow the correct regimen. Would recommend to anyone looking for an extra boost to get themselves working out before bikini season. :)
