I know, I've been using oregano oil for years now and have tried all other brands. I first used Olympian Labs oregano oil for toe nail fungus twice daily when nothing else seemed to work. Within one month of use I noticed the oil was really affecting the growth of the fungus and it stopped spreading. I also wore open toe shoes so that my toes were exposed to the sun as much as possible. It took 3 months for the fungus to go away, my doctor couldn't believe it when I showed him. The drugs he had given me didn't work. I also use oregano oil internally at the first sign of any kind of bug, i.e. cold/flu, sore throat or sinus infection coming on. I MUST warn you, this oil is VERY, VERY strong so use caution. I've been using oregano oil in this manner for years so I can now take 5-6 drops into a tiny liquor glass filled with water. Do not let the water hit your lips or you will suffer a burn. You want to knock it back into your throat and then drink some additional water to help the burn. You want to do this once an hour if you feel some illness coming on for at least 4 hours but start with only 2 drops. I promise you won't get sick, but be strong, my remedy is not for the weak!
