(More customer reviews)I have a thyroid condition (treated) and tried EVERYTHING including P90X to lose my lingering baby weight and no amount of diet & exercise would peel it off until I tried these. I actually combined them with HCG Activator and lost 20lbs in 2 months. Went down 2 sizes. That was with not working out during taking them. They do make you jittery though and the afternoon one if you take it too late you will have trouble sleeping.
