(More customer reviews)My children both have taken these off and on for a couple of years. My oldest daughter definitely thrives on them. However, after a month long bout of HORRIBLE allergies in my youngest we finally made the connection between seasonal allergies and echinacea!! Echinacea can worsen seasonal allergies as it boosts the immune response. So I recommend this product highly, but be aware it can have a negative effect on some.
