(More customer reviews)I've been using this product since about 2000 to combat menopause symptoms (night sweats, poor sleeping, foggy thinking, skin troubles, etc.). It did noticeably improve those symptoms to a tolerable level, but didn't erase them. I tried seven other brands, and found I liked this one best. It goes on smooth, is easily absorbed, doesn't leave any greasy residue, no scent; and I think it delivers throughout the day from the liposomes- keeping me on a more even keel. My sensitive skin didn't react to it- no redness, bumps or other skin irritation I've experienced with others.
In 2006, I felt my symptoms were going downhill; my OB-Gyn prescribed a bio-identical estrogen-progesterone combination. The 'hypoallergenic' base the pharmacy was using caused skin irritation and bumps that took a long time to go away. I now have the pharmacy use the KAL as the base, and my skin (and myself!) are back to normal.
I've used the other KAL progesterone creams and liked them also.
