(More customer reviews)A little goes a long way as this is the darkest roast you'll find. I ended up adding a bit of stevia to sweeten my morning cup of hot barley. It also tasted great iced. I'd recommend this product over most of the non-organic brands out there. My only complaint is the price. Seems a bit high for only 75 grams. Also, the only words on the label that are in english is organic barley. You've got to trust what else might be written there.
