(More customer reviews)I've been taking this for about a month now, and over the past couple weeks I've seen a huge improvement as far as my headaches go. I haven't had a bad headache in over a week! I was getting headaches almost everyday for years now. Nothing seemed to help, so I was skeptical of trying this at first. The only reason I gave it a shot was the low cost, and I am so happy that I did. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers from frequest migraines. It doesn't work right away, give it a few weeks. The directions state to take 1 to 3 times a day. I take one pill with breakfast and one with dinner, and that seems to work well for me.
