(More customer reviews)...But not quite enough. This product was recommended to me by a massage therapist for my migraines. It has the big 3 natural remedies, Magnesium, Butterbur and B2. When I met with a migraine specialist recently and told her about this product she was delighted to learn about it. The one problem was that it didn't contain enough of the Big 3 at the dosages recommended to really effect a severely migraining person. This was especially true of the magnesium. So, I've been taking this product and supplementing it with more Mag., B2, ButterBur, and Q10. For a person with occasional migraines or less intense episodes this product would probably be great.
