here... they fluctuate sometimes, grab when priced right! I take 4 mornings and 4 at night generally. Reduce upon
flatulence. I did not experience as much acid backfiring on stomach as some other brands, probably due to sago palm
formula. Still, it's acidic and everyone is different, i still feel they are a bit milder than others.
(#! reason hay fever allergies happen imo is milk! -- if you drink it religiously)
And as always with most vitamins, best taken after meal--even a bit of juice works well.
