(More customer reviews)This product really helps with too fast pulse and the general icky feeling I get from not being able to process too many carbs/sugars. Within 10 minutes of taking one capsule, my heart beat gets back to relaxed and I can fall asleep. It also pours out of the capsule very easily if you need to mix it with something.
