(More customer reviews)EVERY morning my husband and I enjoy a high protien slim fast shake. This helps us last till supper (we do eat an afternoon 300 to 400 calorie snack). My recipe is:
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
2 1/4 cup 1% milk
1 sliced banana
2 scoops slim fast
mix all in blender and enjoy...it is like having a thick milkshake for breakfast and is extremely nutritional!! I can't imagine having anything else. We are in our late 50s" and my last blood tests amazed my Doc - said it was that of a healthy teenager. We are not excercise people but this gives us great energy and have lost weight.
