(More customer reviews)5-HTP is the greatest supplement ever! I was kind of depressed, leaving my house a mess and way over eathing unhealthy food. A week after starting to use 5-HTP daily, my fog lifted, my entire house is clean now, I eat a fraction of what I used to an no longer have uncontrollable cravings, hardly any cravings at all for that matter. I have lost 10lbs since starting 5-HTP because my diet has changed sooo much. Where I wouldn't touch fish before, I'm now eating salmon daily. Instead of beef, I eat much more chicken, and instead of processed grains I eat much more vegetables. The mental changes were all caused by 5-HTP, I'm certain of it.
Like with everything, it may not work the same for you, everyone is different, but if you are feeling a bit off, try it. Give it at least a week before you give up; it does take some time to start working, but once it's built up in your system, you should feel better than you've felt in a long time!
