(More customer reviews)I try to avoid products which contain fructose but this was the exception. I believe it helped greatly to alleviate my severe muscular spasms and to regulate bowel function. One bottle lasted a little over a week but my doctor has put me on double the recommended dose, so I would assume it would last anyone else 2 weeks. When I ran out I purchased a different brand in pill form from a local health food store. The spasms are trying to return and regularity has ceased. My body has proved that liquid is superior to pill form. I bought berry flavor (because of the great rating) and raspberry. The kids disliked both flavors but favored raspberry over the mixed berry. The mixed berry was very tart/sour but the raspberry was really good. Dr. Oz (or his wife) use this same exact supplement as well.
