(More customer reviews)I have thyroid problems (had surgery), and this vitamin works excellently for me (I have tried others, but don't like them as much as this one); I take it along with amino acids (L-tyrosine), gladular formula, and mega B-vitamins (I also have trouble absorbing B-12). In little ways, all throughout the day, I just feel better.
