(More customer reviews)This product really works well, especially when taken with creatine (I take the 1500mg tabs from NOW). It helps with more intense muscle pumps when you first take(similar to Arginine, in my opinion), and helps increase number of reps in my workouts (it helps reduce soreness). I personally have not experienced any side effects along the lines of tingling/itchy sensations, and I have taken up to six pills at a time at one point. This however is not to say that the next person won't experience these effects (I can only speak for myself). Either way, this is a really great product.
