PLEASE take the time to really research Neem. I found it by accident about 4 years ago while searching for Oil of Oregano. After reading about the benefits I decided to try it out. This product has the ingredients to change lives. And though this is only an opinion, once you see and feel the benefits for yourself it will be hard to imagine being without it. I would recommend the extract over a capsule. In addition,try the regular extract for 1 full month before trying the triple strength so you already have it in your system. trust me on this. I have recommended this product to a multiple of skeptical friends and family members. They all have come back to me to rave about this amazing product with thanks. My initial experience with neem and the research I put into it...with the incredible results I have seen... helped me find my calling in life...and I am now studying to be a Doctor of Philosophy in Natural Health .
