(More customer reviews)I tried these for the 1st time a month ago & when I ran out, I could immediately tell a difference! I don't have the best diet so I was not very regular at all-the reason I started taking them to begin with. I've tried Phillips probiotic & few other brands but none have had such consistent results. I went from having 2-3 bowel movements a week to 2-3/day within 3 days of starting. Now that I've run out things aren't quite as bad as they used to be but I definitely will keep these in supply. Also noticed a difference in my complexion-not sure if that was related or not though. The only possible downside is that I seemed to have a huge increase in appetite lol! Who knows if that was related to the product though. Overall, I give these 5 stars & plan to keep them as part of my daily routine!
