These softgels are large, but easy to swallow, they slide down with no problem.
Been taking them for a week now, one benefit I noticed right away, I'm very regular now. I used to have bowel movements every 2-3 days, now it's everyday, sometimes twice. No longer feel bloated. I don't know what's in these, but this is a added plus, getting my vitamins and nutrients, and I'm regular : )
