(More customer reviews)I like the "completeness" of these. They have a good % of the RDA of the many vitamins & minerals that they provide. Value priced, too! And they don't taste bad when I crush or chew them (although they are not "chewables".) The quantity of 400 means that I won't have to be constantly reordering.
