(More customer reviews)I used to take the coromega stuff as that is the most popular buy for here on amazon, however despite their attempt to hide the fish taste the fish oil is still very apparent when you eat the packages. On top of that, if you suck their packets it can sometimes slice your lips because of the sharp edges of the packets.
These gummies actually taste like lemon gummies and don't taste like fish at all. As to whether they are any better or worse than the other supplements out there I can't say for sure but I do know the Omega 3 oil you get from just 1 gummie is significantly less than 1 serving of other omega 3 supplements. The instructions on the box advise you to have 2 gummies per day, this does meet the servings from other supplements but than again it means you will run out of these more quickly.
These are pricier and you get much less than what you pay for however these gummies actually taste good and I find myself eating these on a more frequent basis than I have with any other supplement. Despite the price and quantity I am motivated to eat these which in turn makes them a good buy for me. If you find you have "motivational" issues eating other omega 3 supplements than these are great, if you don't then these probably wouldn't be worth it.
