(More customer reviews)I'm a runner. I'm constantly depleted of this mineral. Reason I know it is that my heart beats a lot faster than it should and I get cramps. I take one capsule a day usually, but on summer time I take two (I sweat a lot more then). The capsules are tiny and easy to swallow.
I'm very satisfied with this product.
PS: In case you're wondering. I'm diabetic and I can't drink sports drinks for they have sugar.
