(More customer reviews)My doctor is very happy with the results I've been getting, and for the most part I do not experience flushing with this formulation (now that I'm used to it).
I did experience flushing on occasion for the first few weeks taking it, and even now I will rarely experience just a little of it (itching ears, etc).
Note that you should not take high doses of niacin without talking to your doctor - he will want to monitor some things like your liver function.
