(More customer reviews)There is an ever so slight chalky feel to this, but mixed with OJ, yogurt or milk in the morning there is NO problem at all. It is very subtly flavored and easier to take than the horse-sized pills. Also, liquid form is easier for the body to utilize.
I've been taking this through my pregnancy to make sure there's enough calcium for the both of us, but will keep taking it and taking it- it's so easy!
