(More customer reviews)I have been taking these for 5 months and like many other, I agree it's a lot of capsules to take a day. I split them up and take 7 in the morning and 7 in the evening so the levels in my blood stay steady.
I don't know how they could compact the ingredients in less capsules as there is so much in them! Vitamins, mineral, antioxidants, herbs...
I love covering so many needs with one product.
I have more energy and my immune system is much better.
All winter people in my office were getting one virus or another and I never got sick!
I highly recommend this product as well as the brand. I buy several other Life Extension products because they are high quality and have so much scientific research behind them!
