(More customer reviews)I tried this product (and other flavors) for a couple of months. As a meal replacement shake, it definately does it's job and keeps you full. As for the taste, it is aquired. It's not the nastiest thing I've tasted, but I gotta say I don't enjoy drinking it. The strawberry flavor is very weak and tastes watered down, but I think the worst of it is the grainy, then gelatnous texture of the shakes. Also, remember this is a super dose of fiber, and it will do it's job. Overall I give it 4 stars because it is the only shake that I've had that actually keeps me full, which is the intent, therefore it will help with weightloss. But I do hate the taste!
