(More customer reviews)My Mother and I both have trouble sleeping and so we decided to give these a try. My Mother has trouble swallowing pills so I thought that this being a chewable would be good. These "Warm Milk" pills not only taste wonderful, but, they gently keep you sleeping. Both of us noticed that they helped us to relax and we slept better. No drugged up feeling in the morning either! Since both of us are on different medications were were happy to find something that doesn't interact with them. A gentle sleep aid that doesn't konk you out, like a drug, but, does seem to help one sleep deeper.
