Fortunately, I contacted a pharmacy that said they had seen good results from Florajen 3, a high potency probiotic. I have utilized that product during two strong antibiotic bouts and am a firm believer! I had best success when taking the antibiotic alone at breakfast, the Florajen 3 in the middle of the afternoon on an empty stomach and the second dose of antibiotic at bedtime. It is best to store the Florajen 3 in the refrigerator. This product is also purportedly good for general intestinal health.
