(More customer reviews)I like that these are spread out over a day which means I can take as few or as many during a day as I feel is appropriate in concert with my diet of the day. The result is that the vitamins are taken in over a period like our bodies do with food nutrients. I also like that they are in gel caps which are easier to swallow. The reputation of Thorne is top drawer and I trust them entirely. My doctor toured the Thorne manufacturing site and was very impressed by everything he saw. He recommended these vitamins to me.
