My daughter started taking black seed about two months after developing symptoms and has had a remarkable recovery, her doctor did some research on it and found that it is a t-cell inhibitor. The action of the black seed is supposed to calm the overactive immune system and has been reported by a friend to work on their allergies. I have ordered from HB Nutrition several times now and have had great service.
