As I approach 60 myself I found I just did not have the energy to do the things I enjoy like chopping wood, heavy yard work and such. It wasn't that I would get winded or exhausted I just didn't even start. I began taking Bluebonnet's CoQ10 formula, one with breakfast and one with lunch.
